PublishRank provides Amazon KDP research and monitoring tools. You pay for access and use it for your own books. Don't abuse it, share accounts, or resell access. By creating an account or using PublishRank (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PublishRank. We may update these Terms from time to time - continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
PublishRank provides Amazon KDP authors with research and monitoring tools including keyword research, listing optimization, ASIN analysis, category research, competitive analysis, BSR monitoring, revenue estimation, and related features.
The Service uses publicly available Amazon data. PublishRank is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon. Revenue estimates, keyword scores, and ranking predictions are approximations based on publicly available signals - they are not guarantees of performance or sales outcomes.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials - do not share your password. You may not create multiple accounts to exploit free trials. You agree to provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Free Trial: New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required. At the end of your trial, subscribe to continue access.
Subscription: Plans are billed monthly ($19/month) or annually ($197/year). Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Cancellation: Cancel any time from your account settings or by emailing support@publishrank.io. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first paid period. After 7 days, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If a technical issue prevents you from using the Service, contact us and we'll work to make it right.
Price Changes: We may change pricing with 30 days' written notice. If you disagree, you may cancel before the change takes effect.
You agree NOT to: use automated tools or bots to interact with the Service beyond normal use; resell or redistribute access to the Service without written permission; reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our algorithms; create multiple accounts to abuse free trials; share account credentials with others; use the Service to violate Amazon's terms of service; or use the Service to harass, harm, or stalk others.
Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We do not sell your personal data. See our Privacy Policy at publishrank.io/privacy for full details.
The Service - including its software, algorithms, design, and content - is owned by PublishRank and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your own book publishing purposes.
You retain ownership of content you input (book titles, descriptions, keywords). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process that content to provide the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DATA WILL BE 100% ACCURATE. AMAZON DATA CHANGES CONSTANTLY - WE PROVIDE BEST-EFFORT SNAPSHOTS, NOT REAL-TIME GUARANTEES.
Revenue estimates, keyword scores, and ranking predictions are approximations for research purposes only. Publishing results depend on factors entirely outside our control.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PUBLISHRANK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You may terminate your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms, particularly Acceptable Use violations. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases. We may retain data as required by law for up to 90 days after account closure.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in courts of North Carolina.
