Your Command Center

The Dashboard is where everything starts. It shows your onboarding progress, gives you quick access to every tool, and keeps your most important next steps front and centre at all times.

When you first log in, the Dashboard is designed to guide you through a clear three-step sequence. Follow it in order and you'll go from a blank account to having a personalised 90-day action plan in under 15 minutes.

The 3-Step Onboarding Cards

Three cards sit at the top of your Dashboard, each representing one phase of setup:

Add Your Book

Enter your ASIN and click "Add My Book." This unlocks everything else. Until you add a book, the other tools don't have anything to analyse. This card is highlighted in dark navy — it's always your first step.

Run Your Analysis

Once a book is added, this card activates. Run Keyword Gap Map, Listing Optimizer, Review Threshold, and Competitiveness Score to build a complete picture of where your book stands and where the gaps are.

Get Your Roadmap

After running your analyses, generate your 90-Day Roadmap. It pulls from your actual tool results to create a week-by-week action plan specific to your book's gaps and your ranking goal.

What You'll Unlock

Below the onboarding cards, the Dashboard shows six feature highlights — one for each major capability. Here's what each one does:

  • Keyword Gap Map — finds the 2–4 word phrases your top competitors rank for that your listing is missing. These are the search queries you're currently invisible for.
  • 90-Day Roadmap — generates 28 specific tasks across 13 weeks based on your actual book data. Not generic advice — tasks built from your numbers.
  • Rank Momentum — tracks your BSR trend over time (improving, holding, or declining) and scores your category's saturation level. Needs 7 days of data to activate.
  • Competitiveness Score — scores your book against your top 10 competitors across 5 dimensions with your primary weakness called out.
  • Review Threshold — shows you exactly how many reviews you need to reach Top 100, Top 10, Top 5, and #1 in your category, based on live competitor data.
  • Listing Optimizer — audits your title, subtitle, description, and backend keywords against best practices and gives a score out of 100 with specific fixes.

First-Timer Checklist

Not sure where to start? Follow this sequence for maximum impact in your first session:

    Add your book — click "Add My Book," enter your ASIN, click Add. Takes 10 seconds.

    Run Listing Optimizer — import your listing by ASIN. See your current listing score and which fields need work.

  3. 3

    Run Keyword Gap Map — enter your ASIN and find the keyword phrases your top 8 competitors rank for that your listing is missing.

  4. 4

    Run Category Finder — enter your book topic and find categories to request from Amazon KDP support (up to 10 total).

  5. 5

    Run Competitiveness Score — enter your ASIN and see exactly how you compare to your top 10 competitors and which dimension to fix first.

    Generate your 90-Day Roadmap — now that you've run the 4 key analyses, generate your personalised action plan.
